My family and I have lived in our 1850 antique farmhouse for 23 years and I have dreamt of renovating the kitchen since day one. We hired Michael LoBuglio to create architectural plans for our in-home theater, rec area, wet bar, and powder room within a 900 sq foot unfinished space. There were challenges to raise the ceiling level as well as multiple floor levels; the space required steps up to the powder room and steps down within the theater area. He was wonderful to work with and understood our needs perfectly. He also was instrumental in adding new ideas that were better than what we had envisioned. We had a great experience working with Mike and highly recommend him. We decided to buy a home in Greenwich that needed a re-working of the first floor layout to make it more functional for our family.
